1. The raw-material is checked to ensure that the sheet thickness meets the specifications.
2. The cups are subject to leak tests using both hot and cold beverages to ensure leak-proof cups.
3. Checking all parameters of Paper Cup along with the 100o C hot water taste of 10 pieces in the stack of 100.
4. Checking and cleaning every piece for hygiene.
5. The cups are regularly checked manually for various parameters such as weight, volume, thickness, shape etc.
6. Surprise and random checking of boxes, already packed and ready for dispatch, to ensure high quality.
7. The print on the body of the cup is checked for visual and grammatical defects.
8. Great care is taken while stacking the cups to ensure correct numbers per pack.
